This Privacy Policy explains how JK Branding (India) Private Limited (“JK Branding”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you contact us, submit an enquiry, or interact with our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram. It also explains how our internal customer relationship management system (“JK Branding CRM”) handles that information.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill in an enquiry form on our website, on Facebook, on Instagram, or speak to our team, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, company name, and details of the product or service you are interested in.
Information from Facebook and Instagram lead forms. When you submit a lead form shown in one of our advertisements, Meta Platforms, Inc. passes us the answers you provided in that form. We receive only the information you chose to submit in the form, together with the name of the form and the advertisement it belonged to. We do not receive your Facebook or Instagram password, your friends list, your private messages, or any part of your profile that you did not submit through the form.
Information from connecting a Facebook Page. An authorised administrator of our company may connect our Facebook Pages to JK Branding CRM using Facebook Login. In that case we receive the list of Pages that person manages and an access token that allows us to receive new lead form submissions from those Pages. This is used only to bring enquiries into our CRM.
How we use your information
We use the information to:
- respond to your enquiry and contact you about the product or service you asked about;
- prepare quotations, designs, orders and invoices;
- provide customer support and after-sales service;
- keep records of our business dealings as required by law;
- improve our advertising, products and services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis and consent
We process your information on the basis of the consent you gave when submitting an enquiry form, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Who can see your information
Access to enquiries inside JK Branding CRM is restricted to our employees, and each employee sees only what their role requires. Our CRM data is hosted on Supabase, which stores it in secure data centres. Access tokens used to receive Facebook leads are stored in encrypted form and are never shown to anyone using the CRM.
We may share information with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, email or messaging providers) strictly to the extent needed to provide that service, and with government authorities where required by law.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, normally up to seven years from the date of the last interaction. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop contacting you for marketing purposes.
To make any of these requests, email us at digitalmarketing@jkbrandingindia.com with your name and the phone number you used when contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Data deletion
If you want the information we received about you through Facebook or Instagram to be deleted, email digitalmarketing@jkbrandingindia.com with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the phone number or email address you submitted. We will delete the record from JK Branding CRM and confirm by email within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and role based permissions to protect your information. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
